At KLKT 107.9 FM, we believe in the power of local voices. Since our first transmission on June 1, 2024, our mission has been to Entertain, Educate, and Include the Lockhart community through unique, local programming.

Because KLKT is a non-commercial, 100% volunteer-run station, we don’t have a paid staff. Every dollar we receive through The Pit Club goes directly into the cost of operating the station – from keeping the transmitter running to maintaining the studio equipment our volunteers use to bring you the music and stories you love.
