KLKT is a non-commercial, listener-supported radio station broadcasting at a frequency of 107.9 MHz FM, at a power of 100 watts. The KLKT Studio is located in Lockhart, TX, and produces a signal that can be heard by over 15,000 Listeners in the seat of Caldwell County. In addition, programming streams on the Web to listeners around the world. KLKT is 100% volunteer-run and our DJs reflect the diversity of the Lockhart community.
KLKT is licensed to The Lockhart Arts, Music and Broadcasting Educational Corporation (LAMBEC), a 501(c)(3) dedicated to serving the community as a beacon of expression, education, and entertainment. We showcase the uniqueness of Lockhart by offering stimulating programs, inspiring conversations, and a variety of music that celebrates its cultures, experiences, and viewpoints. KLKT and its operations are subject to the authority and oversight of the LAMBEC Board of Directors and its volunteer committees.
